Donald H. Hadley formed Donald H. Hadley, LLC in 1998, as an individual practice, after 28 years of law firm practice, to better focus on hearing and serving clients and to better integrate his business and personal "lives." His wife, Margaret E. Hadley, brings to the firm an equally senior level of paralegal and administrator experience.
Mr. Hadley's office location in Bethesda, Maryland for 24 years was at the hub of the redevelopment of that area. The location of Mr. Hadley's present offices in Rockville, Maryland, is proximate to the redeveloped Town Center, as well as the Courts and the government offices for Montgomery County and the offices of the City of Rockville. Mr. Hadley's residence is three blocks away in the historic West End neighborhod.
Our law practice focuses on two areas: (i) providing a broad range of corporate and business legal services (general counsel) and (ii) trusts, estates and estate planning. Those areas frequently intersect and they share the common need for guidance and leadership to maintain the order of things (relationships, committments, businesses, possessions, rights, goals, lawful compliance, even beliefs) in the face of intentional, inevitable or unavoidable change.
